Very large paved semi truck parking. 2 truck stops within easy walking distance… Restaurants available at truck stops and a Mexican restaurant down the street… They have an excellent hot breakfast in the lobby… Dana at the front desk is very friendly and very customer service oriented… Very nice clean place to stay

Room smelled so musty and moldy I could barely breathe. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. Wasn't expecting much for the price I paid but a good cleaning of the carpets in the rooms would go a long way.

We will definitely be coming back here again, great location close to everything . The people at the Motel were very nice, our room was Awesome and super clean .

Desk clerk was on the phone when I arrived and did not acknowledge me (I was the only guest present) for some time...rude. While he was checking for my reservation (which took a long time) he did not tell me he'd found it. He needs some more training in my opinion. The a/c in my room created a more humid environment than the outside! When I arrived, the tv in my room did not work. I later moved the HDMI cable to the correct plug and it came right on. The breakfast was as expected and the breakfast attendant was polite and professional. I had occasion to pass the cleaning staff in the hallway and both employees that I saw were pleasant and offered a greeting. Their appearance was professional. There were at least 10 ceiling tiles missing above the elevator...ripped out of place vs. just being removed. Carpet is coming up around the edges in place. I don't plan to return to this, or any other Comfort Inn if I can help it. I paid a premium price for this much less than premium experience.

Better customer service needed by General Manager
We booked a two night stay for the live racing events at Kentucky downs. The location, being only 6 miles away, was great. When we arrived, there was a No Vacancy sign for the hotel. Our room had a very strong smell of mold/mildew. We did not ask for another room due to the No Vacancy sign. The next morning, we asked for a room clean. When we got back in the evening, our room door was ajar; items were gone through and missing. We let the front desk know and the general manager stated he would refund $50 to the room for the inconvenience. In the morning, the billing summary showed an adjustment of $30. When I questioned the lesser amount, the general manager (my husband thought his name was George) stated he did $30 and said that was all he was going to do with no explanation. In addition, he said he would come to the room and pick up the box of trash that housekeeping left; he did not do that either. Please do not say you are going to do something and then not do it. That is one of the worst customer service things you can do.

DO NOT STAY HERE! VERY RUNDOWN BUSINESS. SO MANY THINGS NEED TO BE FIXED AND UPDATED. VERY DIRTY. SMELLED LIKE MILDEW IN 3 ROOMS THAT WE'VE SEEN. CARPET IS DISGUSTING. VERY LIMITED BREAKFAST. NOT SANITARY AT ALL.

The smell was horrendous, I bought candles and febreeze just to tolerate it. The carpet needed replaced it was filthy. Outside in the parking lot there was quite a bit of garbage and just general lack of care. The landscape was completely overgrown. I realize the outside has nothing to do with the rooms but it shows overall lack of management

Nice place comfortable bed . But exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work. Door to the room did not want to close. Housekeeping did a lousy job of cleaning thw room they didnt even empty the trash. Other than that it was a nice hotel
