Disappointing room but a good bed
First, this facility is a motel, not a hotel. There were no pictures of the outside of property and the listing said “hotel. Had I known, I wouldn’t have booked it. That said, the bed was very comfortable and we actually slept very well AFTER going to WalMart to find an odor remover to minimize the horrible smell in the room. Also, the room looked clean but I spilled water on the bathroom floor and the towel I used to dry it up came up dirty, as did my feet after walking barefoot on the carpet. I suspect it’s due to all the red dirt in this area but it still left us questioning the quality of the cleaning. Finally, when we went to get breakfast, about an hour after breakfast started, there were no people in the breakfast area and very little food available. Personally, we would pay more and stay elsewhere.

The room itself was just okay. We had no hot water. We found two live roaches in the room. The ice machine on our floor was broken. It appeared to have been broken for a long time. The NOISE was the main issue. We heard very loud pickup trucks at the property next door, driving through the hotel parking lot, and on the highway which is very close to the hotel. The truck noise did not stop until around 3:00 in the morning. Needless to say, we will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Unfortunately the room reeked of perfume/air freshener, there was a nest of several roaches under the Direct TV box, the TV didn't work at all ("no signal"). Breakfast: despite the availability of warm sausage, there wasn't anything really good about the breakfast offerings. There were bagels but they were tiny, and there was no cream cheese to go with them.

There are billing errors and we have notified Expedia and as yet we have not received anything by way of a refund very very upset with the whole process I can't give Expedia a proper rating because the billing issues stand in the way
