Stayed her because they had a pool and whirlpool. Driving all day, I was looking for the whirlpool. When I went to the pool area they just drained it. It’s ridiculous that they would do that in prime time. You would hope they would do maintenance like that after hours. I do this exact trip twice per month but will never stop here again

The staff was very nice and Friendly..they are starting to up date and redo the hotel rooms starting November because new Owners…couple things that I didn’t care for was the bed was kinda hard but I’m used to a softer bed at home!! And morning at their breakfast was a lady watching every move you make and no kind of friendliness come from her (like she was the food police) and all we got was bowl cereal for 2 kids and a bagel coffee out of group of 4

I like the hotel location and everything in the Staffing was very nice but the carpet in the rooms are nasty the window curtains were nasty and ripped had in one room had stained up sheets and the other room cuz I rented two rooms had stayed up comforter stained up blankets and it just didn't seem very clean it smelled kind of musty and the toilets were too low to the ground in the bathrooms but we really did enjoy the hot tub and the swimming pool really really like them

The carpet in the rooms or nasty and all stained up the bedspreads had stayed on them the blanket head stains on them the white sheet bed sheets had stains on them the curtains were stained up and wrapped the bathroom felt dirty the toilet was too low to the ground refrigerator had ice dumped all over inside of it and we rented two rooms for a whole weekend and both rooms were like that and they had an odor a musty dirty odor and both rooms and both beds were like that with the sheets and the blankets and both rooms had to curtains like that too
