Good sleep, great breakfast and comfortable
Breakfast is decent. We slept so well. Room is quiet and big enough with 2 comfortable Queen size bed. Bathroom is good too. Fridge, tea/coffee brewer, microwave are available.

The room we had was upstairs. I wish I had known this as there is no elevator and we had heavy luggage to carry upstairs and we are seniors. The front desk staff offered no help. We informed the front desk staff that we had not eaten and she did not have any food recommendations. We ended up ordering pizza and it was pitiful. There were no drink or snack or ice machines. The room key was not programmed properly so we could not gain access and my husband had to go back downstairs to front desk to have reprogrammed. Then the tv didn’t work and we had to call down to the desk. The room was cold and took 3 hours to warm up once we turned the heat on. There was no extra lock on the door beyond the one within the door. Our room was upstairs at the back and we didn’t feel safe. There were no extra pillows or blankets. We requested late checkout and the most they could do was extend by 1 hour and they knocked on the door to remind us. When asked if they could store luggage for us they could not assure the luggage would be in a locked room and it would be at our own risk. The bathroom had been fully renovated and was perfect but the rest of the room felt tired. The furniture was worn and there was a scent in the air that caught the back of our throats. At least the room was quiet and the view was really pretty outside our balcony. Not sure I’d give this place a second chance.
