Huge Disappointment
We checked into the presidential suite and it was terrible. The bed was so low to the ground, and the springs were shot. The bed frame stuck out past the foot of the bed and will absolutely cause injury. The liner under the box was ripped off and hanging down. There were food and candy wrappers right at the edge under the bed, and the worst part was the dirty underwear left behind. The main living area had confetti on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. Front Desk was kind enough to give me a full refund (only because I opted to pay at the property when I made the reservation) after I showed them everything we came across. Huge disappointment for such a prominent name in the hotel industry.

The were only a couple of the staff that were pleasant and friendly. The rest seemed burnt out and uninterested in their jobs. The dinner service was a great experience. One of the best Ribeye’s around. Pull out bed in the suites is not comfortable at all. No overhead lights in living room or bedroom of our sweet which made it difficult for someone with vision impairment to navigate the rooms.

No EV Chargers as shown by Hotels.com!
Your listing claimed they had an on-site EV charger. They did not that cost us an additional hour and a half to travel to an EV charger and then return to the hotel to spend the night. That was an hour and a half we would’ve loved to have been sleeping instead of waiting to have the car charged.
