Sons wedding stay
We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was awesome from check in to check out. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Our host was very friendly and was quick when needing to communicate. Our grandchildren truly enjoyed the pool. We would definitely recommend this place again and if we come to the area again would love to stay there again.

Great house
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house on the Canal. It's located in a great place where traffic isn't bad but it's still very close to any attractions we want to get to. We really enjoyed fishing in the canal behind the house. Rose our property manager was so helpful and polite. Even the maintenance man came by the house twice just to check on things and he was such a nice man.

Nice setup and great location!
Great setup capable of accommodating all of us (11 people). The dock is an excellent feature as we were able to rent a pontoon boat and access the beaches via boat. Interior has been remodeled recently, exterior is a bit run down, but still fun and super useful (pool deck and dock).

Nice comfortable house with updates.
Spent the weekend with my family at the house. There has been nice updates made to the house but could use more improvements. The outdoor table and chairs by the pool was rusty and not usable. Would love more pool floaties. Only odd thing about the house was that the kitchen faucet was missing a spout leaving no water pressure.

Celebrate my daughter's 14th Birthday
The property is great! We had plenty of room. We used the paddle boards, kayaks, grill and the pool. We had an amazingly relaxing weekend. We also drove 5 minutes to the beach. Will definitely book again.

The property is nice and convenient to local beaches/restaurants. The finish upgrades are very nice. The arrival experience was not good - cigarette butts near front door, pool area very dirty and not picked up, grill area extremely dirty with unclean pot still on the grill. Inside, the showers were not clean and the dishes/silverware were dirty. If the preparation/cleaning is improved, the first impression and the property would be much improved.

"Okay" House
Lots of little things added up to just an okay stay. Only two rolls of toilet paper, no hand soap, dog hair on the sofa, no instructions on how to use the front door lock, bathroom window was stuck open - to name a few. There were no tables/chairs out by the canal like the picture showed and the ones that are by the pool are covered in rust. For the amount we paid for this house, I expected more. The pool is lovely, the kitchen is big. Just okay overall though.

Fun on all levels...
This home was made to entertain all ages. We are in the fortyish age range and our son is thirteen, an age hard to stay engaged with family. This rental made it easy with the pool, bikes, BBQ, Kayaks, fishing, game room, and amazing sunsets. They even provided items to go to the beach with: cooler, chairs, beach wagon, etc... I must say I enjoyed having a washer/dryer at my convenience, not having to worry about wet bathing suits, or a pile of dirty clothes to go home to. We didn't want to leave the rental, to the point we cooked all our meals in house, except for one time (Uber Eats) in four days. The house was very clean and tidy, we had no problem with check-in, all on a keyless entry. The online listing was accurate, except the house color had changed to blue. We observed some minor issues the property had and in order not to be charged, sent an email to the property manager letting her know, but did not hear a response back. Nothing that would have kept us from enjoying our time. The neighborhood was exquisite, you knew it was a beach community just driving in... I must say overall, an experience that created priceless memories for our family. I would highly recommend this property, if anything I wish I would have stayed longer. Until next time... Enjoy!

Nice location. Loved the privacy. The new deck and waterside pavers are beautiful. We had a great time. We loved the private quiet setting. We enjoyed the bikes supplied. We had a few things we needed to pick up like propane for the grill and a strainer. But we may be a little unusual because we prefer to eat in especially with restaurant wait times 1 hour +…. But it was spring break and glad we had the option to cook on site. 5 stars …. Great get away! Only recommendation is eating outside would have been nice especially with the new pavers by the water.

Great Location
We enjoyed our week-long stay at this home. We used the canoes and the paddleboards and took advantage of the pool every day. The location is wonderful - close to the beaches, shopping, and tourist attractions. It was a little difficult getting the canoes/paddleboards in and out of the canal because there is no floating dock - just a 8 foot ladder. The canoes had small holes so they became waterlogged over time. Also, the owners only provided us with a "starter pack" of 2 dishwasher tablets and one extra garbage bag. We had to go and buy dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and laundry supplies. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The house does need a little maintenance, however, because some drawers are broken, doorknobs loose and the BBQ grill was a bit hard to light. New pots and pans would also be a plus.

Nice location and pool
Location: The house is a short drive to beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc. Note that the main road to the beaches can really back up in the morning, so be prepared to start early or wait until the afternoon. We drove to the beach several times just before sunset and it was less crowded and very nice. House: The house seems to have been recently renovated. While the renovations and decor are pretty generic, it's comfortable and well-equipped. The pool is large and covered by a screened porch with a mix of shade and sun, and there's also a deck area next to the canal. There are plenty of pool toys, and some kayaks and paddleboards to take down the canal to the bay. There's also a game room next to the pool with a mini billiard table and a pop-a-shot basketball game. In the garage are beach chairs and a large cooler. Process: Check-in was easy (there's just a code for the front door). The cleaning crew did a great job: everything was spotless. We had a few questions for the property manager and they were responsive via text message.
