Very nice 2 Bedroom /2 Bath ground level condo with lake view, maximum occupancy of 4 people.
This condo is located on the popular Shorewalk Vacation Villas Resort in West Bradenton. Fabulous lake views can be seen from the Master Suite, Guest bedroom and Living area and off course the screened Lanai.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amenities at Shorewalk Vacation Villas include 2 heated community pools, 2 Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball, ping pong table, shuffle board , a children's playground, 2 over sized gas BBQ grills and pool billiard. All amenities are free. The property is only 5 miles away from the soft white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. The IMG Academy is 5 driving minutes from the condo. Shorewalk Vacation Villas is in a great location to take advantage of everything that Sarasota, Bradenton has to offer and of course the beaches on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key. In addition to strolling the beach or biking on the island, you can enjoy all of the cultural activities, shops and great restaurants in the area. At the end of the day, listen to the gentle breezes of the swaying palms and enjoy the spectacular sunsets as you unwind with your favorite beverage. The Property is ideally situated close to all Shops, Restaurants, Bars and local amenities. Water sports are close by with endless activities for all the family, from Kayaking to Jet Ski rentals, why not try out a guided Dolphin Watch tour either by Boat or Jet Ski. The Beaches of Venice are a short drive South, Venice is famous for the Ringling Brothers Circus winter home, and kids will love searching for Sharks Teeth on the beach. Sarasota also offers the Ringling Museum of Art, Mote Marine Aquarium and a host of other activities. For Beaches Siesta Key is always worth a visit, each year Siesta Key Beach is crowned the beach with the Worlds Whitest Sand. Great place and super comfortable
Property was light, clean and airy and had everything we wanted. It's across the road from the 2 pools and other leisure facilities and the community is safe. Aldi & Publix short walk away. Very quiet and lovely lanai area overlooking water and fountain.

Property was perfect for our needs. Close to IMG, close to grocery and restaurants. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Shorewalk development is nice with the pools and clubhouse on property. Would stay here again.

Great for families
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time staying here and it was perfect for our family of four. Spacious and clean, everything we needed was at our disposal, including beach day supplies which were so handy since we flew in and couldn't bring any of that with us. If you're booking here, it would be helpful to bring along some dishwasher and laundry pods. We were provided with 2 dishwasher tabs but having two teenagers that eat all the time, it would have saved us some time at the sink! All in all, a wonderful place to stay! We felt at home and loved the use of the pools, pickleball, and billiards.

Property is well maintained but there are a couple of issues that need addressing; toilet in master bath needs a new wax ring and to be re-set (it wobbles). There is evidence water damage to the drywall near the base and just outside the shower stall. Other than that, all was good

Pros: The condo is huge for 2 people and well equiped. The kitchen has new appliances. Bed is comfy. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The screened porch is great. Grocery store and restaurants/bars are very close. Cons: The property, in general, has a lot of rules. You can't have alcohol or food by the pools (except for bottled water). You cannot float in the pools. You cannot jump in the pools. You have to schedule use of most ammentities (with exception of pools). It feels like it wants to a 55+ community. The drive to the closest beach is about 20 minutes. There is a ton of traffic.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was close to the pool, so we were able to walk to it. The Clubhouse manager, Donna, was awesome!! Yvon the property manager was very responsive and pleasant. My only negative comment would be the beds. The mattresses need to be replaced. They were very worn and uncomfortable.

On the plus side the unit is spacious, view is nice and location is convenient. Kitchen well stocked. Negatives: Desperately needs to be repainted throughout and LR furniture cleaned or replaced. Bathroom tap leaks and tub barely drains. It’s all very 1980s.

Everything you need and more
Beautiful ground floor condo. There are hundreds of condos at the shore walk but we honestly feel like we were in the best one. Right across from all the amenities , pool jacuzzi, clubhouse. Everything is on the same level and the screen porch is a beautiful plus looking out on the lake that’s so relaxing. The kitchen is beautifully updated with nice stainless steel appliances. The master has a king bed that is very comfortable. Having a washer dryer is a plus. If we had an issue the host and his wife tried to immediately resolve it. Great communication. We would definitely rent again and recommend it to others.

We liked it so much we went again. First in May and then in August. The condo is great. Everything is there. Kitchen is beautiful. Location!!! Close to pool and clubhouse. Relaxing, sitting on the screened in porch, watching the turtles, ducks and birds. Close to everything. Publix, Walmart, BEACHES!

We had an Marvelous time there in Florida, everyone was so nice minus the storms first couple days of being there. The pool was wonderful temperatures an there was so much to see an do. Didn't get to do all the things we wanted to, but do plan to come back and stay later in the future.we will fly next time, it was quite the journey getting there but so well worth it.Yvon was an Wonderful Host, Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Beautiful condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean. The condo is close to the beaches and other great places to visit. The two pools and two hot tubs were a short walk across the street. We loved everything about our stay!
