Being an older property there are some thing you would expect. Some renovations going on, o they are obviously trying to improve all around. Bed and room was nice, pull-out sofabed has seen better days, but could be part of the ongoing upgrades. Parking is good, although back lot is kind of dirty, and the neighbourhood doesn't appear to be as safe as years ago.

Front door of building was broken and there was blood on carpet in the foyer. However, the room was clean and comfortable. It is in a rougher part of the city but there were several other hotels a good restaurants close by. Very affordable.

There was someone yelling and trying to bust the door down from 2:30 am to 5 am. The front desk guy told them to get out but did not enforce it. So didnt get any sleep. People like this should be removed for other customer safety and respect. Parking lot has huge pot holes, needs repairs.
