Check-in was a breeze. All the office staff was VERY accommodating - each and every time I went to see them. They even listened to my personal issues while we vacationed at Stonebridge. They were the best. Hubby and I were very thankful for a 2 bedroom unit, handicapped, for the cheap price we got. We've already booked a return trip for December 3 - 10!!! This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed here and have had wonderful vacations each time. By the way, the golf course restaurant has an awesome Ruben sandwich!!! We definitely recommend staying here!!!

I dont like that we paid so much for the room and no pool was available. I called in advance before booking to ensure pool would be available and i was told yes.. i arrived and the pool was completely drained! There were other issues i wasnt happy about but this was the biggest. We will NOT be booking again

We absolutely loved our stay. So much room for everyone. Only slight negatives....TVs in bedroom are tiny tube type. Only 2 pillows on beds, we need multiple pillows per person. The pullout couch is a little worn. Pools were closed and we had to travel a good distance for an alternate. Please dont think I am negative on this property...it was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. The space more than made up for any negatives. It really was a great value as well. Everyone we interacted with at the property were great. Will definitely return for another stay.

The beds were hard. My wife and I didn't sleep well. Living room TV was small. The main complaint was there was not skillet for cooking. That was our main reason for staying there

overall good place to stay
we wish the pool closure was clear ahead of time. closed for season before labor day wasn't what we wanted to find out with a little one . also why we booked this resort. we were short on toilet paper but also didn't go to office for more so thats on us. the refrigerator kept leaking all over the kitchen. the place is great and secure that was nice overall we enjoyed our stay but again the pool was a big let down especially when it was 98 degrees outside

Its was definitely quite and peaceful. Very clean and well kept. The office ladies were very nice and the gaurds at the security gate were very nice too. The condo was very big and spacious. We were very pleased with it. The bed was AMAZING slept like a baby the whole week. The main complaint we have is the residents. We made the accidental mistake of turning into the wrong gate (which is the residential entrance.) And we were suppose to take the opposite entrance for guests who rented the condos nightly. It was picth black out side when we came in one night and it was kinda hard to tell where we were. It was so dark we couldnt see the signs and when we tried to back out a lady tried to stop us and was screaming at us about how we were at the wrong gate and only residents could use that gate. (Which is fine but it was an honest mistake late at night) we really were just trying to get out of there to the right gate. Lady wouldnt let us leave till we threatened to call the office or the authorities. She was scaring my kids. Other than that, it was perfect. The staff was very nice and the condo was worth every dime. Yes i understand not all residents are crazy insane and is not the staffs fault of the attitude of its residents. Again my complaint is not with the resort or the staff. Just the rude residents.

set in a forest. absolutely beautiful. Serene. Loved our balcony. Loved having a dishwasher, full oven/stove and washer/dryer as we had a week stay. Not fancy. Large one bedroom, full kitchen. Furnishing could use some updating though.

Communication was great prior to and during check in as well as when checking out. Our condo had a main door and then two separate doors into two separate condos. This worked out well for us as our children are adults so they enjoyed having their own space. The condos appeared to be newly renovated and were very clean. There are 3 pools on the property; the one needs some work as there were three hoses that appear to be keeping the pool filled. The other 2 pools were nice and well maintained. The location is a beautiful setting and close to both the Branson strip and Table Rock Lake. It is very close to Silver Dollar City. We appreciated the 24/7 security at the gate and felt safe. We did not use the tennis courts or golf course, but both looked really nice. We loved sitting on our balcony and enjoying the beautiful scenery. We saw an armadillo one morning run into the woods which was fun for us as we do not have them at home. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area. .

Great place to stay, very close to silver dollar city and Branson. The only negative would be that the children's pool was malfunctioning and had hot water in it so we could not use that however we were able to drive to another pool in a different area of the property.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property! We purchased groceries to cook in the well-supplied kitchen, saving us money. We were mere minutes to Silver Dollar City. We loved hearing birds and not road traffic. We highly recommend this place!

Condo was clean but getting dated and starting to show its age. Furniture very worn and some seems on cushions separating and such. Good selection of cooking items and cutlery so that was nice. The pictures of the pool are very very deceiving. It was basically out of order and none of the reviews really mentioned when I was booking. The kids play area was basically drained and the waterfall walls were off with a garden hose hanging over the ledge running. Lots of trash/leaves around the pool sitting areas. They didn’t really mention at booking but there is another pool in the pics at a country club you can use. Luckily after the 1st night we found it and the kids were happy. They need to put out of order or something on the pictures and tell people at booking.
