The staff member that I interacted with was WONDERFUL. The facility is dated but was very clean and quite close to all the activities in Branson. Probably one of the best values for the money spent that I have encountered in a long time. Would most definitely stay here again.

Not the best trip stay
Reasonably clean, breakfast was very good, bed was disappointing. Have bad back and it was not helpful at all. Sink drain was very slow.

The room was nice and it was clean. The only thing that was not liked by either myself or my husband was the bed. I had never seen a bed set up like this. There was a metal box with flat springs on top and then the mattress. Just touching the bed caused severe squeaking so you can image what trying to sleep on it sounded like. Also the tub and sink drains were very slow.

No hot water, only lukewarm, was a plumber working on it one day, next day no hot water again. Ice machine was outside in breezeway and not working, possibly drained and turned off for the winter.
