Great location for silver dollar city. Bed was great but pillows were flat. Room was okay. Stayed two days. Hot water went out on second day and wasn't back on till early morning following day. Notified office and necessary repairs made. Breakfast was basically biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal or bread/,bagels. For price paid for room I considered it a fair value.

Just what we needed for a couple nights stay. Close to Silver Dollar City. Service was great and rooms clean. If we ever come back to Branson, we will come back here.

Bed sheets had hair and stains on them. Bath towels were stained. Water smelled like sewer water. Floors in the room were dirty. The pricing of the hotel room that Expedia gave me was a $94 difference than what I was charged at the hotel upon arrival.

Price was good, but breakfast lacking. Owners were not customer friendly when asked for a packet of oatmeal or milk, since the containers were empty, they acted put out by your request. Feel like owners thought, since the price was low, you should be happy and not complain about anything,like no hairdryer or request new towel, because you were staying 2 nights.

Good for the money
We stayed here 1 night and it was okay. The gravy wasn't good at all & biscuits were good at breakfast. The bed wasn't comfortable & squeaked everytime I turned over. There's a nice size fridge plus microwave and sink for washing dishes. There's even a toaster & coffee pot with coffee to use.

Cleanliness was average. Was not dirty and did not feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was included and was average as well, but good value for the price! Service was wonderful.
