One of the outlets was burned out and the bathroom looked dirty but you had gas stations and a grocery store by walking distance. I used this hotel during a hurricane evacuation so having that made it better. Staff was very nice

Carpet, and bathroom floor dirty. Tub had rust stains and bathtub walls dirty. Furniture was dirty, desk finish was pealing, side chair fabric soiled and food under cushions. Food and candy beside bed. Light above sink burned out.

We cancelled stay 5 days prior to anticipated stay. Hotels.com confirmed cancellation but hit our credit card any way. Trying to get anyone to fix the mess caused by Hotels.com staff is a joke.

This property has cigarette burns in the bedding, it is unclean and poorly kept. I was so uncomfortable entering the room and the staff did not have good customer services. Overall experience was very unpleasant. Place looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any even the homeless would frown upon it.

The hotel is a dirt pit, from the front door to the urine stain bathroom. Stain on the sheets, dried urine on the toilet. The soap scum on the shower walls had to be at least 3 inches thick. Please take this hotel off your list. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean and purchase towels because theirs had holes and did not appear clean.
