Perfect Family getaway for our stay in Orilia! Staff were very friendly and ccommodating to our room requests. The suite and bedrrom is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is charming and the pool is warm and inviting. Easy accrss to get around town. Thank you for ypur hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay!!

First room had a very smelly refrigerator and the TV reception was terrible. Told them at the Front Desk and was moved to another room that was great. The breakfast had a good selection and was very good.

The lobby area was decorated nicely for Christmas. Love the tree and all the deco, making it warm and inviting as you walked in. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

Very friendly front desk staff and breakfast staff. Beautiful front lobby and nice room. Did have some trouble connecting with the wifi initially but after several attempts were able to connect. Would definitely stay here again.

Broken draw. In bed room Toilet seat really loose. Dirty bathroom sink. Only two towels. For two people. Gone really down hill over all since last visit. Rate a two. But front desk was great. Over all try to help where they could they were a 8. Was not inpress at all on this trip. And you see we alway stay there.
