Wonderful house near Main Street in Breckenridge. We lived the sledding for our grandbaby in the backyard! Everything we needed was there in the house. Highly recommend this property!

Needed break
We came to Breckenridge to bring family from Guatemala. It was a short and sweet trip but full of memories. The house was spacious and comfortable. It is very close to restaurants, groceries and shops. We loved this house and hope to return.

We held a women's discipleship trip here and the house fit our 10-person group perfectly. Very clean and enjoyable. Check out was also extremely easy. The listing excludes many amenities that they have on site in terms of kitchen items. It was well stocked.

The house was lovely. It was very clean when we arrived. The interactive info sent by Visit Breck was informative and helpful. This house is on a quiet street, and the kids could ride all of their bikes, striders, and skateboards. The pool table, shuffle board and hot tub were a big hit as well. The house was a perfect size for our family of 10. Plenty of space and entertainment areas. The kitchen area was typically ground central, and had everything we needed to cook some great meals. The house itself was very well built, with beautiful trim work throughout. The furnishings throughout were very comfortable and nice. Truly, an upgraded property. We will be back!

Mostly good. Kitchen had some issues. $20 coffee maker in $2.3 mly house? Oven wasn’t in working order. Thermostats were a little tempromental. Only one garage opener worked. Might want to rethink entry besides counting on 1 9 volt battery in the cold. Otherwise very nice property

This house was a great stay! Views from the house were amazing. Kitchen was big enough for our thanksgiving dinner. Lots of space for 11 people. Bus stop just a 5 minute walk. The house had sleds so the kids went down the hill from the house, which was a plus. Again it was a great stay!

Over priced for the quality of home. This home is tired and needs some updates.
Property has a great deal of potential but truly needs updates and to be cleaner. Main living floor areas were really dirty and gritty, carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced. Dishwasher really needs repairs, was usable, but main bottom rack was broken and with most meals needing to be prepared from the home due to low restaurant staffing and inability to get reservations, all related to COVID, it became important for kitchen to be properly outfitted and in great working condition. Ants all over Master bedroom and ensuite. How about some screens on those windows? No AC, and temps in summer can be really warm, so a cross breeze would have been nice but did not want animals and more bugs possibly getting into home with open windows at night. Minimal counter space but made it work. Great hot tub and gas grill. Living room FP, when nights were cool enough, could not get to work, and no instructions either even after texting management co. Location is okay but its a really hard walk back from Main Street. Like I said, could be nicer, the family even noticed, wasn't just me. Not our VRBO in Breck, so we have had opportunity to make comparisons.

Great house, can’t wait to come back!
A few friends and I rented the home for a weekend away in Colorado to do some outdoor activities. It was a perfect distance from downtown, had great amenities and was beautiful. Very good communication with property manager as well. Highly recommended.

Great Mountain Home Close to Town and Slopes
This was a lovely property great for a few families! We loved our time at the house. The kids were able to play in the fun game room while the adults had the upstairs. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was great to use! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Quick spring ski getaway
My family and I enjoyed this property immensely. Everything you would expect from a beautiful Colorado home and then some! Furniture and beds were all very comfy. Fire places made everything extra cozy. Downstairs was great with the Jacuzzi, pool table, shuffle board, board games. Kept everyone entertained during the down time after riding the Mountain all day! To be honest my favorite was the amazing island in the beautiful kitchen. Great place to gather everyday for breakfast and coffee or the afternoon happy hour. All in all our group couldn't have been more pleased. Great location, close to everything. Thank you so much for hosting our group. Will highly reccomend and hope to be back ourselves someday!

Rare Jem!
We had 5 glorious weeks at this getaway home where we could enjoy sitting in the great room watching it snow or getting outside for every winter sport imaginable. The highlights are the fully equipped kitchen, the short distance to the bus, the walking trail starting across the street and the spaciousness of the house, in general. Our 15, 18 and 21 year old boys loved having the downstairs space to themselves several nights where they could game without disturbing us. Thank you for sharing your wonderful spot.
