This nicely remodeled 1 bedroom plus loft with 2 bathrooms, 965 sq foot condominium is only about a 3 block walk from the gondola, 2 blocks from all Main St has to offer, or hop on the free shuttle bus just outside to catch a ride to the slopes. Heated pool and hot tub onsite!!!

You'll find all the comforts of home at Longbranch 309 for a perfect Breckenridge vacation. Prepare meals for the family and get cozy in the living room on the all new furniture watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV and warming up by the gas fireplace. Or relax outside with a cocktail on your private balcony with beautiful views of the ski area as well as Baldy Mountain.

This vacation condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom has all new furniture with queen bed and is on the main level. The loft is on the upper level also with a queen bed and bathroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Each floor has a bathroom. Great Property and Manager; poor management company
The condo in Breck was great. It had easy check in and was well stocked with linens etc. the property was as described. The location is great. Toby, the property manager, responded quickly during business hours and was very helpful. However, our first night after check in the entire condo complex lost hot water. We didn’t know it was the entire complex and thought it was just our unit as the failure happened after hours and nothing was communicated to us. We tried contacting the provided 24hr emergency contact line by the management company and the 3rd party call center was unable to ever reach anyone at the management company. We were stuck for the night with no hot water and no explanation until Toby responded during the next business day. The call center said they left multiple messages with the management emergency team, but we never heard from them. Toby was the only one who provided updates. Fortunately, the complex resolved the issue quickly the next day.
