It's Not Really a Hotel
The property is managed from an off-site location and there was no way to communicate directly with them. The phone number I got on my Expedia confirmation was just a recording and said that I would get "check-in" information via e-mail. I did eventually receive one with clear instructions and I was able to access the room without any problem. Perhaps I am not used to this sort of rental process, but it was a bit disconcerting not initially knowing how I was going to get into the unit. After that things were satisfactory except that the oven badly needed to be cleaned. We had to shut it off when the smoke it was emanating was so thick that we thought it might set off the fire sprinkler.
