DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room was NOTHING like what was pictured on the website. It was barely big enough for the 2 beds. There was no living area, no fireplace, no kitchen, no balcony! It was old, dark, dingy and depressing. It was so bad, we did not stay there!!! When we explained to the front desk that we were expecting something much different, they refused any sort of refund. They also refused to provide the name and contact info for the manager/owner.

We would stay here again very clean, updated and staff was resourceful and nice. Quiet and comfortable. The upstairs loft bedroom was quite warm no AC I would put someone upstair that doesnt mind warm and sleep in the downstair area with windows open.

Above and beyond, on a busy holiday weekend??

Due to the Independence Day weekend, the actual rooms/condo we reserved was not available. Aubry took it upon himself to make a few phone calls and found us a more fitting space at another property. Granted it wasn’t in the middle of the wedding events like the River Mountain Lodge condo was, but it was at the Crystal Peak Lodge, a MUCH nicer condo setup and better situated for me, my 6’4” husband and our 6’8” son and his wife. Cameron, who was working along with Aubry was very pleasant, as was the young lady we spoke with to pick up our new lodging information. Sorry for not remembering your name. Thank you all for actually caring and making a difference through your extra efforts!! J. Patch
