LOCATION – This private home is located in the Christie Heights neighborhood off of Ski Hill Road. The Breckenridge Connect Gondola is located close by and will take you to Peak 7 & Peak 8 or down to Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. Just a short walk away is the Breckenridge Nordic Center which provides numerous trails for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. The trails to the Gondola are accessible in the summer months only.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

Absolutely wonderful!
Our family and friends had the best vacation at the house. We absolutely loved the house! It was very clean, the layout was excellent, and we liked being in the mountains. It was in the perfect location too-easy to get to the downtown area and close to the gondola. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice-we had enough room for the 8 of us. And the open concept of the kitchen, dining area and living room was great. We enjoyed our dinners in every night because the view was amazing! If we come to Breckenridge again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again! The neighborhood was charming:)

Family Get Away
We took family from out of town to Breckenridge for a couple of days and they loved the house and the town. We ended up ordering food in one night because everyone was enjoying the house so much and cooked in the gorgeous kitchen the other night. The location of the property is excellent and close to town but also secluded enough relax. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect family getaway
Location was great. Close to everything you need in Breckenridge yet is also on a private street with friendly neighbors. Fun for the whole family to get together. If I had one complaint it would be the couches are not very comfortable but overall everything else was great. Would definitely rent this house again.

"Heaven" in the Mountains
This was an amazing property. So well thought out and beautiful to boot! We had views of Breck as well as being only a mile from the Peak 8 lifts. It was perfect for our two families to spend some quality time together. The sporty ones enjoyed skiing and boarding and the not-so-sporty ones had easy access to the village to enjoy - the best of both worlds - and there was always the hot tub to bring us all together. We couldn't ask for more!

Just what we hoped for
The interior is beautifully furnished. The kitchen spacious with plenty of room for several cooks at one time. Seeing the mountains across the valley was heavenly. The house is clean…we had no problems or complaints.

Breckenridge Weekend Getaway
My husband and I stayed in Breck at this lovely home for a long weekend with two other couples. The house has a great location in Breckenridge - close to grocery store, Main St, hiking, etc. Great big open kitchen / living area where we could all hang out while we cooked dinner. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the fire pit. House has all the amenities that you should need!

The home was perfect. Nicely appointed, short walk to peak 6 gondola. Great setting for 6 adults and 5 children. Pinnacle kept us updated on all aspect of the home, from check in to check out. They were terrific to work with on all the details. We will return……….
