An Abingdon gem.
This motel was a great find. Reasonably priced, nice big room, clean, comfy bed… and a gorgeous fall colored maple tree right outside my room.

Good enough
Needed a place for the night so booked this place while fueling. Clean, quite and not smelly. Took a while for the room to warm up and the worst coffee I've had in a long time.

Quirky, SUPER clean, functional and affordable!
This was a refreshing little gem of a motel. I wasn't expecting what I walked into. It's older and seems to be non franchise. But it has a quirky charm about it. And the room was super clean, smelled great and HUGE. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it felt. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area for work.

Pleasant experience

Room was clean and spacious and quiet- so that was great! Area seems safe- very important to us. Advertised free breakfast but no coffee til 7:30 am and the cups are tiny- no breakfast. Also- no coffee maker in room, not enough hangers or hooks or towel racks.

I could tell there had been some renovations and probably in the process of being repaired after a flood. I could still tell there was water damage on the walls. The phone in the room was broken so anytime I needed anything I had to walk to the office. The exterior of the establishment was very nice. I took some pictures of the property. I only stayed one night, and it was pleasant but not great. I felt the room rate was a bit high for what I got. Next time, if I go to the area and need a motel/hotel, I will choose differently though.

OK for the price.
I was placed in a smoking room. It was terrible. However, when checking my confirmation, I see that I erroneously booked a smoking room. Usually the first room listed on the website is non-smoking, and I didn't notice it. My fault. There was no shampoo provided and I didn't have any with me. Had to use bar soap to wash my hair. Bed was comfortable. TV control did not work at all other than the on and off button. Could not understand most of what the man said at check-in. English is not his first language
