the lady when we checked in wasn’t the friendliest of people, very short and no smile, made us not feel very welcome, after we had made our way to our room we went downstairs to be greeted by James who was absolutely fabulous made us feel very welcome, and helped us with taxi recommendations and couldn’t do enough to help us, the same lady was there this morning checking us out and did not make any effort to smile yet again, no thank you, how was your stay, we would love to see you back, that is not good customer service by marriott standards!
