This property is not up to the national standard of Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Room needed updating. Breakfast was marginal. There are no USB charging ports anywhere in the hotel …not in the rooms or public areas. In today’s multi-device world, we need to be able to charge devices quickly and conveniently.

Seemless check-in and out. Friendly desk staff. Super comfortable bed. Clean and quiet room. The decor could use some updating with chios of wood missing from the woodwork and some peeling paint, but nothing that detracts from the usability of the room. Bathroom was a bit tight, but the shower was HOT with good pressure. Complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh with a nice selection of options.

The stay overall was wonderful and relaxing. Easy parking & check in. The only complaint was housekeeping rushing us out of the room in the morning. They were knocking every 5 minutes and just barging in, despite the door sign and several times being told to come back after checkout.

The furniture was burnt and there were mystery streaks on the walls. There were burn marks in the bathroom, and it was not cleaned well. There were hairs all over the place.

We went to a punk rock show at Campanelli Stadium. Walkable through a seemingly nice neighborhood. Never saw the pool. Slept late never had the breakfast. The nearby Yamato Japanese food was good. Standard holiday inn. With a great front desk staff

The room was on the first floor with the window facing the parking lot and the cutains were sheer, you could see into my room from the parking lot. (I used a hair tie to hold together the decorative panels on the sides of the window which did not close over the window.) The doors to some of the working areas were left open and they were very dirty- the industrial laundry area, a space that had some sort of ventilation, storage areas. The back door to the rear parking lot that normally would require a room key to open was just open, so not very secure. The room itself was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was very convenient for the event we came for at Campanelli Stadium.

We stayed here for a concert at Campanelli Stadium. It was very easy and convenient, and the rooms were very clean which is really all that matters. We deducted a few stars for a couple of broken outlets, and we found the temperature hard to control in the room (we did eventually figure it out). Overall, we would stay here again
