Hotel was priced the least expensive, beds need an upgrade as they were very squeaky. Staff was very good. Shower faucet falling off, TV would connect to any shows and door needed to be forced open and closed (sticking). However the room was really just needed to sleep and shower.

This basic motel is clean and well run. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is nice. We appreciated the body care products without fragrance (we have allergies). We would have like to have a double reading lamp on the night table rather that the powerful ceiling lights emitting blue light. The lighting is not restful - too office like. The TV did not work even when pressing the TV button. The fridge was too cold, so our vegetables froze. Our entry door in room 105 was sticky (like it had expanded) and noisy. Thank you for your excellent service.

Disgraceful place
Filthy bathroom. furniture was torn up and shredded in some cases. The smoke detector was flashing red all night. the toilet didn’t work very well. The food was a disgrace. They served what was supposed to be eggs that didn’t even look real and tasted like rubber. Served on flimsy paper plates and plastic utensils that snapped when you tried to use them. Orange juice was watered down. The place was a dump..

Ww were disappointed that we were not told beforehand that there was renovations going on. The room we were in had a king size bed, which we requested, but it was too large for the room. We had to squeeze between the AC unit to get into bed. They were doing a good job, everyone was very nice.

A little concerned about the $50.00 deposit as that was the first time ever asked. We left the place in good condition and the deposit was taken off our card the next week. Restaurants n clubs within walking distance. So nice after a days drive. Definitely stay there again.

Me, my partner, and my best friend had a wonderful stay we especially loved that it’s pet friendly as I have a support dog and we hate going anywhere our dogs aren’t welcome! So we appreciate the friendliness and how kind they were to check in on us!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Notice on door said renovations underway and outside room sorely needed. Biggest problem is that there is no sign. We went up and down Kent Street looking for the address. Finally someone directed us to the Travelodge, at least all the signs said Travelodge. Only when we got to the door did we see a notice signed "Brockville Inns and Suites". The receptionist told us that they were working on a new sign, but why is there no temporary sign (even if handmade) to direct people to the motel? Signs for parking by handicapped but no ramp for a wheelchair. Isn't it illegal not to have handicapped access? Seems to be new door and lock for room which of course is good but needs adjusting to mechanism. Had trouble getting into room (sometimes 3 tries before we could get door to open) and deadbolt inside was very noisy. Dirty window detracted from appearance of room. Tempting for management to skimp on breakfast while renovations are underway, but really everything offered was the bottom of the line. Plus side: pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room.

I am a scuba diver and I had some wet garments from diving (a leak in my drysuit). The lady at the front desk kindly offered to dry my garments in the dryer on site for which I was very grateful.

The property is just like a horror movie! The door doesn’t lock properly, on the outside and in the room. The room is just so dirty, like it looks clean from a distance but it’s just horrible you can see everything like dirtiest stuff, their placement of furniture is just really strange. I would definitely not be returning unless something drastic happens. Or a Emergency Situation that was in my case

Spent 15 minutes looking for the Brockville Inn and Suites! All the exterior signage is still for Travelodge despite the image on their website. Room was tiny as was bathroom. No bedside lamps. Desk chair was probably picked up at the end of someone’s driveway. Breakfast barely passable. I guess that’s what you get for $125 per night.

Very tired, old hotel
The hotel is rundown. The rear exit door does not lock, many of the windows have paint on them, the carpets are threadbare. The rooms are very basic, the bed was ok. The breakfast included was ok, but they ran out of eggs the first day of my stay until the front desk clerk came and microwaved some more. I picked this hotel since it was a few dollars cheaper than others nearby - now I know why. I will not be back.

I like that its near lots of amenities. I didn't like, there was no front desk staff first time I went to check in. 2nd time again no one but showed up sooner. Then got a dirty room and was changed quickly to another one. Breakfast was lacking. You have to shimmy around to get through the tables. Probably wouldn't pass fire safety regulations. Check out was easy. Lastly, the name of the hotel didn't match the outside so it was very confusing.
