Luxury Cabin in Hochatown, Oklahoma!

This beautiful luxury cabin was completed in 2020 and is loaded with amenities. It is the perfect place to get away from the crowds and relax surrounded by the tall pines of Hochatown. The cabin is located in the Timbercreek Trails addition and is just minutes away from the heart of Beaver's Bend. The Good Stuff has everything you need to make great memories on your next family getaway.

The Good Stuff features two bedrooms with king beds, a bunk room, two and a 1/2 baths and multiple spacious decks to kick back and relax on. The large front porch invites you to sit and relax, while the wrap around back deck with grill, bar, TV, outdoor fireplace and hot tub is the perfect place to spend the evening. From the back deck you can walk down to fire pit and playground. We invite you to watch the sunset from the upstairs deck - the views are amazing.

The kids can enjoy themselves in the upstairs game room featuring tall vaulted ceilings with a vintage arcade game with 60 different games, an air hockey game and a foosball game. The grown-ups may not be able to resist a game or two either! Also upstairs in the game room is a TV to enjoy the latest sports event or a movie.

The Good Stuff keeps it luxury style with its grand entrance, beautiful staircase and open floor plan that can easily accommodate your family. We want you to soak up the peaceful atmosphere and make many wonderful family memories during your stay.

Rest assured the cabin, and hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

A starter supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap is provided. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, and towels and linens have been provided for your stay.

Beds: two king beds, bunk room for four and two queen pull-out sleeper sofas

The cabin sleeps a max of 8 adults, and a total of 12 guests.

Bedding for the sleeper sofas is in the ottoman bench in the downstairs master bedroom and in the upstairs bathroom closet.

Gas Log Fireplaces with easy turn on inside the cabin and on the back deck. The fireplaces are seasonal.

A propane Grill is on back deck. Propane is provided.

Free Wi-Fi and Cable is included with the rental; however, Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in is at 4 pm; Check Out is at 11 am.

No Pets. Failure to comply with the no pet's policy will result in an additional charge of $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.

Great Veterans Day Getaway

The new cabin was absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Host was great to work with and very responsive. The cabin was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 children getaway. So many activities in the cabin, we didn’t even hardly leave. I would come back to this cabin yearly!

Bigger than expected
The pictures truly do not show how much bigger the property is in actuality! We had very small issues that were quickly fixed and just more mechanical that we couldn’t figure out. If you have not been to Broken Bow/Hochatown like us and expect any food other than fried/deep fried food than you will be disappointed! However the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware etc that cooking at “home” is very easy! Also, if you are looking for a breakfast place after 1030 good luck! We were not successful. Highly recommend exploring the wooded area and checking out the creek. If you are an active person, waking the neighborhood is a beautiful and fun challenge. Property manager was so helpful and responded immediately. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The cabin was better and larger than we expected. The decor and cleanliness was wonderful and the area is wooded and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed the game room, porches, and playground. Perfect place for relaxing and making memories!

Beautiful cabin with tons of room!
The cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed the beautiful deck out back with a hot tub. The fire pit got a lot of use of it every night with s’mores . Only thing was the driveway. The house is on a bit of slope so was a little difficult , maybe some concret in the future instead of the gravel.

The cabin was as advertised! Spacious inside and out. Great for a large family or two families to share. We traveled with 4 adults and 7 kids and had plenty of room. The property was just as impressive with the nearby creek. Children got lots of use out of the arcade upstairs and the playground outside.

Place was nice and as advertised. Two suggestions, something needs to be improved on the parking / entry to the home. The thick gravel, narrow entry and drop off from the road. Also a weekly or every other week cobweb cleaning around the outside would be good. Still it was a pretty nice place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Good Stuff! It was a beautiful home with lots of entertainment. Very close to Hochatown so it was easy to run to the store or go site see around the town without having to travel too far. We will be booking again in the very near future!!

Wow. Very nice cabin!
My friends and I were pleasantly surprised how nice is the cabin. It is very clean and quite. We were all guys on a fishing trip and we didn't use the hot tub, but there is one. Communication with owner was fast and easy. You will not regret renting this cabin.

Awesome stay!
This property was fantastic for our family getaway. Everybody loved the games, my husband loved sitting on the porch getting inspiration for his painting and we all loved the hot tub and SHOWERS!! I will second a previous review about the steep driveway..it is! You might consider pulling into the second part of the u shape and parking parallel to the house.
