Hotel parking unacceptable and very dangerous. 30 euros per day for an underground parking with an elevator in extermely narrow spaces, nearly scratched my car, and also drove around the building in Bruges narrow streets to park in , as there were another four cars to park out. I would not recommend due to parking . Receptionists with very " teaching " manners. The Hotel should stop providing own parking.

A wonderful stay in the old part of the hotel. An amazing location, beautiful hotel with helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. The room was luxurious and well presented with a huge comfortable bed. The towels were a little tired but that’s not a deal breaker - We definitely would return and recommend!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Then when checking in online, we were asked to pay an extra price for a cot. That's like paying for an adult to stay in a hotel, then asking them to pay for their bed. The cot should be included, if the infant has already been paid for. We made do with our bassinet pram instead.

The hotel surpassed our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was a superior king room which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was amazing. The reception staff were friendly, polite and happy to share their expertise on all that Bruges has to offer. Amazing pre Christmas stay and will definitely return

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and within a 10 minute walk from all the tourist attractions. I went down to reception in early hours of the morning asking for any honey to soothe a really sore throat (shops weren’t open to buy medicine) and a man who unfortunately didn’t know his name was so helpful and gave me a teapot with honey and a glass with lemon. He couldn’t have been more helpful. 10/10 would stay again!

Love this hotel. If you want beautiful dining/bar area to sit and like big museum looking art, this hotel is for you. This hotel is Not for kids. Breakfast is wonderful, have to try the Belgium Waffles.
