Das Zimmer ist dringend überholungsbedürftig.
Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber. Wenn man genau hingeschaut hat, ist das Zimmer ziemlich heruntergekommen Punkt Schimmel im Bad kaputter Schrank, kaputter Tisch, die Wandfarbe löst sich von den Wänden. Die Stecker der Lampen sind technisch nicht in Ordnung.
Convenient location from Eurostar station.
However team was quite unfriendly.
WiFi is not working.
Bathroom was not clean.
No black out curtains or anything in the bedroom.
This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms do not reflect the pictures that are online. The staff listened to my complaints but took no action to rectify the issues. Only one light in my room worked, there was hair on the restroom sink that did not belong to me that was not cleaned throughout the entire duration of my stay. The bed was not made each day. I asked for the sheets to be changed and my request was ignored. The floor was not cleaned a single time and the trash was not changed daily. The wall had several chips of paint missing and the WiFi connection was extremely poor.
The hotel was in a really bad condition - rooms were unclean, not properly painted, floorboards broken and some lights not working.
Location was close to Eurostar, but not comfortable to walk through during late hours. Other guests were loud and overall we felt really uncomfortable and kind of unsafe here. Therefore, we left 30 minutes after arrival, searching for a new hotel to stay at midnight. Not a great experience.
Broken lights broken outlets only 2 hangers available... $10 breakfast was overpriced because there were not many choices only cold cereal and slices of bread.
Problems with reservation. They tried to charge us twice and they said that it was our problem and that we should contact expedia to fix it. To be honest, we should do it. Actually, they charged twice to my colleague, and I refused to present my credit card as I already paid.
Not very pleasant to see that expedia charged 40 euros more than the amount we paid for the room :)
Scary bathroom and room.
Burnt marks of people in the sofa. Tobacco smell in the room.
Noisy, not quite clean and the worst part.
Area was not good to go out at night. Might be dangerous.

Hotel location is good as is quite close to Midi train station, although to go to the city center is a bit far. Hotel was very clean and we did not miss anything in our room. Negative aspect: The guy at the reception was a bit rude.
Overall, it was good.
The staff was helpful and gave us ideas of places to visit and restaurants to eat in.

Photo of the room did not match with the room I received. The building looks dark and old. Perhaps paint with lighter colours, add mirrors, light coloured carpets and bright lights can give this hotel a new look.
No tv in the room.
The staff were wonderful friendly and helpful. I even got a googy bag for breakfast because i left very early to catch a flight. I can only highly recommend the Les Fleures.
We arrived at the hotel in the morning to leave our luggage however it was too early to check in. The receptionist was very nice and spoke several languages. Our surprise was that when we checked in in the evening and went up to the room we noticed that the bathroom was flooded. I went downstairs to ask for a solution. The guy with very broken English couldn't give me a solution or a quick fix until the technician could come the next day. I had to tell him to give me a mop or towels so we could dry the floor ourselves. In the morning we reminded the other receptionist about the problem but we got back to the room the bathroom was flooded again. That night there was another receptionist, which I had to manage to speak with him in French, despite my French is not good enough for that purpose. And again, using towels to dry it out. But the day after didn't get better because no one came to even collect the wet towels... also, mentioning that no one is watching the place where we left our luggage before checking in or after checking out.
This hotel is terrible, they didn't received our expedia reservation correctly. the room and toilet were not very clean. the power plugs in the room don't work. all the experience was bad.
