This is advertised as a four star hotel.
Instead, i received a tedious 8 page online form to fill before arrival along with an online credit card relaese form. Pending filling this i received a two page e-mail explaining the very complex way of how to get into the property, as there is no reception in the building. You enter one code at the main gate, climb all the floors through a dark, dodgy stairway with all your luggage, as elevator does not work, find some little box on the wall with the key in it, have to enter another code into this box in the pitch dark. Whole process with local knowlwdge, live internet and telephone connection to consult representative took at least 50-60 minutes. I have no idea how a stranger to town would after a long flight could manage this.
Cleaning very superficial, not professional hotel level, bedding OK. Location perfect.
