Breakfasts had plenty of variety for our 4 night stay - something for everyone. Our room was clean and cimfortable. It had 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. However, the outside edges of the beds were so close to the walls no one would be able to get out on those sides. Since it was just the 2 of us, we used both beds and slept on inside halves. Thought that was kinda strange. We may have had a handicap room - the bathroom was quite roomy. Housekeeping brought new towels on days 2, 3, 4, emtied the trash and made out beds even though we didn't ask them to. Nice staff, friendly.

The stay was decent for the money I guess. A couple of things could’ve improved my rating. #1, the window curtains didn’t close, so it was impossible to have a fully blacked out window. Which is important to me. On that note, the rooms are not completely soundproof. The other thing is the outlets in our room were all very loose and didn’t work properly. And the last thing, the people on the reception desk were not very knowledgeable of the area which was a little bit frustrating. Other than that, lovely area, dinner options in walking distance, nice small gym that is equipped with good machines.

The pet fee was inexpensive and they were accommodating for our stay. But it wasn't fun being told we would have someone come in our room to measure the windows on the morning we were supposed to check out, and they never came. We couldn't relax or come and go easily without wondering when they would be coming. They also have too many handicap and electric car parking in the front of the property and not enough regular parking making it difficult to park close to our room Other than that, everything around the property was clean and the staff friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows too. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety but sadly the pancake maker was out of order during our stay.

Room was not cleaned properly. Strings hanging from wood. Tv had smears. No tv remote found. Refrigerator was noisy shed had a crack that could potentially cut your finger. Bed was skeptically clean. Definitely would not stay there again nor would I recommend

Bad Place

This room was horrible. The AC and refrigerator were loud, the hallways and elevator had a horrible smell it never went away. The bed linen was stained, the mattress had stains, their was mold in the bathroom, the couch had tears and holes, the curtains were messed up, There looked like maybe a leak above the bed because there was a big bubble. If you wanted dishes or appliances for the kitchen they had to be checked out at the front desk. I would never stay here again. Also the pillows are very small. No smart tv. This hotel needs to upgrade and remodel.

I was disappointed after reading other reviews that people highly recommended this hotel. I have stayed in other Holiday Inn locations and found this location to be other than pleasing. First and foremost, I like to iterate that this hotel is directly on the other side of a sound wall of the freeway. Make sure that you request the side that does not face the freeway because it is very loud which makes it very uncomfortable to fall asleep and stay asleep. Our first room that we entered smelt like pet urine and cigarette smoke. The furniture was worn the drawers and the dresser would not shut…. very disappointed that they would even consider putting their patrons in this room. The hallways were very warm. The thermostat in the hallway red 82°. The door to the outside parking that is supposed to be secure is not. Anyone can enter the hotel free at will. This hotel has seen better days. I would like to remind everyone that they accept animals. Therefore, you might get a room that has the smell of a kennel which is very disappointing. The furniture is old and worn down, carpets are dirty and rooms smell of mildew I’m not sure why there was positive reviews of this location. I’m not being overly picky and want to share my frustrations with this location.
