We enjoyed staying at Courtyard. Our room was spacious & the lobby and facilities were beautiful. My only complaint is there was ONLY ONE Handicapped Parking Space on the side of the building where we stayed. Since the space was taken, it was difficult for my disabled family member to get in & out of the building.

We went during the Knotts scary farm season. Was not expecting the overwhelming cars who plagues the front of our hotel. The line of cars to the theme park spills over to the main street leading to the hotel. Cars blocked the front and back driveway to the hotel and it’s a struggle to make the turn to the hotel. We had a few issues during check in and cleanliness of room, but Claudia and Ashley were very patient and addressed the issues in real time and were sincere in helping resolve them. Overall— the location is walkable to Medieval times, knotts berry farm, starbucks, the source OC, and Portos. Staff is friendly and there’s starbucks in the front lobby.

Just stayed one night so not much to say. The checkin did take over 30 minutes though. More than 11 people in line and only one person. Checking people in. That could’ve been a lot smoother if there were more people checking customers in

Have stayed here on multiple occasions and we live the convenience to different parks. Walkable to Knotts! Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Will continue to stay here. Recommend Rodeo 39 Marketplace down the street for a variety of different food spots in one location!

Conveniently located down the street from Knott’s Berry Farm and many dining/shopping options. Hotel was extremely clean with easy parking. Facilities were easily accessible. The staff was kind and attentive. Would recommend and would book again

Stayed here after a night at Knotts Scary Farm. Easily walkable to/from the park. Very clean rooms, and very quiet after a long night out made it easy to fall asleep. Wish there was a jacuzzi, as we couldn't find one. Just the pool. Other than that, a great location to stay at. Will definitely stay here in the future.
