Room was small dirty and staff was unfriendly. They had no extra towels until 12 pm when cleaning staff came in?? Really?! Sheets all had stains and hairs on them. Hairs in the bathroom, sink area and desk area.

Let's start by at least giving credit to the staff for their customer service. They were friendly kind and patient. The area I had a problem with was the room. There were 2 adults and 2 children, yet there were only enough towels for one person. I was there 2 nights and they didn't even change them out after the 2nd night. Second the room I was given was a room that was directly facing the freeway. All I could hear were calls all night. I could understand if the hotel was full, but it was not even close. It was super loud and we could barely sleep. The key card also kept deactivating. Even when it worked I had to try it 5-6 times before it opened. It was a total pain.

I gave this day three stars overall. The reason behind that was because a booking the reservation and paying for it online with simple. I had no issues with that. The price was slightly lower than the competition websites. And I received my confirmation rather quickly. However I deducted two stars due to the actual room I had received. When I first checked in I had checked in for a regular clean room and for some reason they had put me in a premium room so the following days when I booked the room and extended my reservation I thought I would be paying for a regular room however I am the pain like 30 or 40 dollars more for the premium. When I had first moved into my room I had complained because it smelled really bad. My boyfriend had told me that he thought it smell like dog however I thought the room stunk like dirty socks or something. We requested a different room they had put me in the room right next door to the room I was already in. This room also had a very bad smell to it. But seems the fact that we had already requested once to be moved and we were having issues already we didn't want to make a bigger deal of it so we stayed in the second smelly room. We dealt with this for about 2 weeks. The length of our stay. We did attempt to move into a regular room so that we could pay the cheaper rate however the cheap

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Only reason I booked was the price and the great reviews but it’s pretty run down and needs a deep cleaning. Front desk was friendly.
