We asked that our room be serviced and it was not. We had to track down the housekeeper in the laundry room to get clean towels. I really like the hotel and the location just wish they honored our request.

Our room had 2 bathrooms and both had leaks in their bathtubs. One light was burnt out, beds were very uncomfortable. Property is so spread out we had to drive to the lobby to get “breakfast”

The room the I got had a lot hairs everywhere to restroom and bed. I ask the from desk to Change me room and same the floor had hairs everywhere. think they don’t clean well, no light only one lamp was working and the bathtub was clogged. I try to leave and get a refund but the guy told me that the manager was the only one that can approve it but until next morning at 10:00 am but was not sure if he will approve it. I had to stay on that conditions with my baby because was late to get another hotel and on Saturday everything close there was booked. 😠

Firstly, this is a motel, not a hotel. The jacuzzi doesn't work, and there are no plans to repair it. Otherwise, it's conveniently located to many attractions. The rooms were clean enough, bed was comfy. A few long term residents lingering about, but all in all, it was fine.

Nothing fancy but good for what I needed. Comfortable bed, warm shower, good breakfast, nice pool, walking distance to Knott's Scary Farm, shops, and restaurants. Safe, "quietish" area, walked home from Knott's at 1am.

For the price, eh decent ish… be prepared for see through bathroom barn door that doesn’t stay closed without using latch, the shower is all glass, no privacy so better be very comfortable with person/s you are sharing room with). Has AC yay, but AC controls didn’t work well, it was either really, really cold and stuffy or just stuffy in the room. No curtains, only blinds and couldn’t open the window for fresh air. Plenty of outlets for charging all the things, mini fridge and microwave in room. Bed was ok, a little squeaky. For the last minute booking, the price wasn’t bad, lots of walkable restaurants, location is good especially if you plan on a Knott’s trip

As soon as I checked in could be less than 30 min settling everything in receptionist calls that the person upstairs from us said baby was being to loud if we can calm him down because she wasn’t feel to well I have two year old baby is a baby maybe you should have rules of not having kids and your sticky hotel.After asking to be moved from the upper level had to pack everything into my suit case and bring it down stairs. The smell of the rooms like cigars, the roof has to be old cause you can hear all the footsteps couldn’t even sleep thinking someone was going come down on it! Do Not recommend this place !!!!

Dated maybe apartments or motel once upon a time. Ants coming from tub faucet. Stale smell air fresheners didn’t help. Had to get towels from front desk then when asked for extra blankets had to go to different part of the property. No do not disturb signs available. Walked by some rooms and people living there dirty. Staff was friendly and breakfast was average. As far as the area a lot of options for dining. It worked for us because Knott’s was a 10 minute walk. I can say I wouldn’t stay here again
