Overcrowded and small waiting area. TV channels not working, No signal. No toiletries unless you asked. No free slippers. All the hotels we previously checked in have free slippers for them you need to pay 3 dollars. Late check-in 4pm and early check out 11AM. Not even 24 hours.

Beautiful view from our room of the falls. My only issue was the limited self-parking onsite. Also the elevators took forever during breakfast to come up. Very crowded. Otherwise staff was great and room was comfortable.

We had the best view , the suite room was spacious, day and night at any time we could see the falls, the only thing I don't like was the breakfast,I've stayed in other Embassy suites by Hilton and the breakfast here wasn't at the Embassy suites high standards,the reception manager as well it wasn't like others
