The property is well maintained. The service was friendly and professional. We enjoyed our time there and will return.
The room and property are AMAZING. It was really one of the highlights of our trip. The food is fresh but not cooked/seasoned well. Also the AC barely works so it was quite hot all night.
Although the property is old, it has been well maintained. The room had n AC and was very small, but being opposite the pool and having a nice private area outside to sit made up for this.
Very professional and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Towels were pretty tired-out and thin, but clean. Some very cool tile and stone design in the bath. Beautiful grounds.

5 star surroundings, shame about the room
This hotel is unique in its environments. The ambience is Spiritual enhanced by the daily aroma of the incense followed by rituals of hindu worship. Staff and manager was great. Breakfast was sufficient and with choices. The pool was relaxing and the garden make the place warm and homely. It's near the beach and the morning calls by the touts for dolphins watch was incessant. So be warned about your morning walls along the beach.
The rooms more specificly 102, smelled like the toilet bowl has came loose and tainted the whole room with the aftermaths of a 'Bali belly explosions'. They changed our room to106 immediately, which was decisively an improvement to our aromatic ordeal. However, in the small hours of that morning, whilst zombie..ing my way to the toilet, feeling the light switch, I accidentally touch the earth part of the pug point and got a nasty electric shock. I told the owner the next morning and they disabled the plug point immediately.
This is a good hotel, a remarkable place to stay in... but they have a lot of maintenance work to do so that they comply to safety standard. I would stay there again without a doubt but would bring a test pen to make sure I don't get shocked again.
Staff were v helpful & prompt at fixing small things in room. Really nice sitting on balcony. Many places to eat next door. Enjoyed Shri Ganesh for food & ice coffee with icecream (yum). Brekky was good at Suma. Evening meal had a fab entree (prawns in curry sauce & prawn crackers) highly recommend - main courses pork & fish a little tough. Would definitely return to Suma - suggest washing mosquito net over bed but besides that all good.
The staff was really nice and checked in with you every five minutes. It was nice but it was a bit too much having them constantly checking in. Bugs and mesquites every where. If you book a standard room expect to pay for for every little add on including air con, tv, hot water, and wifi. Basic things that should be included in a hotel
If you want air conditioning, you have to upgrade to superior. The hotel itself was generally ok, the pool was nice and the room was nicely designed. The staff seemed a bit lost and overall informal to a point of rudeness. But the problem is the town. The hotel is far from the "lovina beach"--25 minute walk. And even when you get to the beach it has nothing else to offer than dolphin trips which can be done in one morning. The level of harassment is the highest that we've seen in Bali. We did not enjoy our time in this area at all.
We felt this room was deceptively advertised. It listed a/c, which we did not have. The room was very hot and the mosquito net fell from the ceiling when I tried to bring it over the bed in the night.
Stay there on 15 Sep15. Room 14. Terrible experience. Coud not sleep whole night as bed bugs were biting me . Bed bugs were crawling from mosquitoe netting, bed, pillow casing. Must have killed at least 20 bed bugs. There were blood stain on the mosquitoe net. Show the "bites" to the guy at the lobby to request change of room. The guy was convinced of beg bugs and let us sleep at abnother room without further questions.
Everything ok in this nice hotel : the room, spacious, clean, very nice little bathroom, breakfast and dinner food ok.
Little bit noisy on the morning, people from around was laughing very loudly at 7am but rather quiet in general.
Nice hotel and installation. Great staff. However standard room was too humid because of shower and bathroom setup does not allow proper drainage. This implies presence of many mosquitos inside: explains why there is mosquito net above bed.
The room is clean. The staff is friendly. What we do not satisfy is there is no staff in reception at night and the surrounding is too dark. The hotel did not provide hair dryers (According to the staff, all spoilt.) The breakfast is normal. There are no bacon or ham or sausage in American Breakfast. It is very near to beach and there are a few restaurants around.
Was long to get our room ready. And expensive for trips. Food expensive at restaurant. Rooms were in good shape, and very clean. Very relaxing, overall good stay.
Service is okay, every staff is helpful. breakfast is average. One thing that i took note was room condition, it needs to be renovated. Water for toilet spray was very small. Curtain was not very width so still has gap that people can see from outside. the sheet has yellow stain. the lock for window has broken. i did not feel comfortable with it. the rest was okay. hotel location is very good as they are close to dolphin sightseeing.
very good stay with very hospitality staff and with a very good location. I would happily recommend this to anyone going for lovina dolphin watch to stay here.

First I booked at regular room and turned out there's no AC. So we have to upgrade room to an AC one. The pool is nice. The location suits for going to see the dolphin in the morning. It's very close to the beach. During our trip, there's no power for the whole city from 6-9pm. It's hella hot so we decided to walk into the city, it took us 30 mins walk to get to minimarts and the staff told us that it's a long way to go. It was dark,no light during the road. I would suggest the hotel to get the generator.
1. Location is good as it is near to the beach
2. Disappointing about the comfort of the room as it has a bad smell throughout and the only fan in the room is not able to rotate.
3. The shower did not yield hot water.
Location was awesome. It's just 100m away to the jetty for dolphin. Few restaurants nearby with reasonable price. There's shops, spa and laundry service too. We had our spa in the hotel, it's bit pricey if you compared to Ubud & Kuta but we enjoyed it so much. Pool was great, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended!
