Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and hot breakfast. The welcome gift bag was an unexpected treat. I will definitely stay here again. I like the close convenience to Ithaca College.

Was our first time in Watkins Glen and Lakeside Resort and we loved it so much we’ve already booked another adventure for the fall! Everything about Lakeside was easy—check-in, parking, unpacking, having our dog with us, the on-site restaurant (delicious food!!!), and the well appointed chalet. Oh, and every person we encountered there was friendly and helpful. The view from our chalet was like a postcard, too.

The property is great but the staff goes beyond expectations. Professional, kind, helpful front desk as housekeeping. The 2 staff, 1 from each were exceptional.
