The location of the property couldn’t be better! Walking distance to the beach, public transport, the market, dining and shopping. The hotel room, junior ocean view suite, was spacious and comfortable. However the air conditioning could have been better. You’re definitely paying for the location. The way in which you check in and enter and exit the facility was interesting because you have to use two different elevators. You have to pay an additional fee if you want to use the pool so we didn’t go to the pool. As I said, you’re paying for the location and the space if you have a larger family and don’t want to purchase two separate rooms like most hotels require in the area.

The view of the ocean view room was very good, the front staff was kind, and Haeundae Beach and the market were located right next to it, so it was convenient and transportation was good

I’ve been debating whether to leave a review after our experience at this hotel. I’m usually not one to complain, but I feel it’s important to share my concerns in hopes they’ll be addressed for future guests. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with the beach just two minutes away, and the view from our room was amazing. Upon arrival, the staff was very nice, and check-in was smooth. While some had complained about the elevator situation, it wasn’t a big issue for us. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, things took a turn. The AC unit was covered in black mold and dust, and there was mold in the bathroom as well. I took a video of the AC. Concerned for our 8-month-old baby’s health, we requested the room be cleaned, but all they did was wipe off the dust. I felt uncomfortable the entire three nights we stayed. We also specifically booked this hotel for its gym and kitchenette. However, there wasn’t a pan in the room, and when we requested one, the staff initially said we’d need to pay 11,000 won. Despite agreeing to this, we didn’t receive the pan until after I spoke directly to the manager the following day. In conclusion, while I wanted to love this hotel due to its excellent location, the issues we encountered made it difficult to enjoy our stay. I hope the mold is properly addressed to ensure future guests don’t face the same problems.

Loved where the hotel is located, just a few steps from the Main Street. Clean, staffs are welcoming, rooms are soundproof. Unfortunately taking the elevators were annoying because we had to take 2 different elevator to get to our room. Other than that, we loved !

Haeundae Seacloud Hotel is right off the beach and the main strip. It is central to everything Haeundae. It’s location is central and is the key positive to the property. The hotel structure left much to be desired. From the street, you take a crowded elevator to the 4th fl and transfer to another set of 2 elevators to the 6th fl to the front desk. After your room assignment to another group of 3 Elevators to your room. Elevators were small and crowds large and unruly. Family coming back from the beach with floats and sand and noisy unruly kids.

The hotel sharing 3 elevators with more than one hotel is not good. The waiting line to go up and down is just too much. The hotel is outdated, the people there not really friendly. Won’t recomend it at all! Pictures make it look really sophisticated and it is not!
