Nothing unique or different about this property, just a typical well priced hotel to stay at. Clean, comfortable,nice staff. Great internet Wi-fi connection. Breakfast is very low end and boring...nothing to look forward to needs improvement.Location to the beach is 10 minutes and 15 min to the central part of town.

A pousada Búzios Garden, apesar de simples, atende bem aos hospedes. Um coisa que não achei legal é que no café da manhã percebi uma certa economia ao abastecerem os alimentos que iam acabando. Esperavam acabar e demoravam muito para abastecer. Ao abrir o quarto percebemos um cheiro de mofo, tive que espirrar meu perfume para melhorar um pouco. O chuveiro é bom, água forte, a descarga também é forte. O cobertor é muito fino e estava frio quando fomos. Muito barulho de carro e moto a noite, pois fica numa estrada agitada. O pessoal do quarto ao lado fazia muito barulho, arrastando móveis, ficaram até mais de meia noite conversando alto.

Foi uma estadia boa. O café da manhã é bom, a equipe do hotel é muito simpática e atenciosa. Os únicos pontos negativos para mim foram as vagas de estacionamento que ficam muito longe dos quartos e também o isolamento acustico dos quartos (fiquei num quarto térreo e ouvi tudo o que acontecia no quarto acima - tudo mesmo!)

Pousada excelente! Os funcionários muito atenciosos ( Adriana , Júnior e Henrique ), atenderam todas as minhas solicitações. Limpeza espetacular ! Eu prezo muito pela limpeza e eles não deixam nada a desejar , limpam os quartos todos os dias , trocam as toalhas , a lixeira , tudo perfeito. O café da manhã com tudo que torna um café gostoso, tudo bem fresquinho e selecionado . Gostei tanto que fui para ficar 4 dias , aí estendi para 5 e se pudesse ficaria mais .......

Só tenho elogios! A pousada fica perto de tudo, super bem localizada.. fomos para a rua das pedras andando e as praias também eram bem próximas.. Consumimos algumas coisas do hotel e o preço é super em conta.. Preciso destacar o atendimento que foi maravilhoso.. Fomos super bem recebidos pelo Henrique.. um rapaz super educado, gentil e atencioso.. Numa próxima viagem a Búzios já sabemos aonde ficar, sem dúvidas..

Eu adoro a pousada, já me considero de casa. O atendimento é excelente, o atendimento dos meninos da recepção é diferenciado . A pousada é muito boa, aconchegante e super me atende porém, nessa estadia tinha uma pessoa lá bem mal educada, cujo nome era Pedro irmão do responsável pela pousada. Essa pessoa nem um bom dia deu aos hóspedes e achei ríspida a forma como falava com os colaboradores e isso me incomodou bastante .
