I’ve stayed here many many times since the first time it opened and I can see that the place needs some TLC. Carpet, furnishings, shower and the front desk need some upgrade. We love this hotel specially the restaurant and hope they maintain the place well.

We spent only one night prior to a flight. What we love about this hotel are the comfortable beds and pillows. The restaurant on the premises is excellent. We always enjoy our stay at the Acclaim. The shuttle bus driver was extremely friendly and made our trip to the airport fast and fun.

We really liked the queen suite except the tv should be on a swinging bracket so to turn it towards the bed or the couch.

The TV had no sound. Couldn’t get it to work. Nothing to do near by , restaurant closes early. Garbage hotel. Staff couldn’t care less that the tv does t work. Never again
