This hotel is only a couple minutes drive from the airport. There is also a shuttle available. The rooms are clean and very nice. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant serves very good food. You cannot go wrong.

Rooftop hot tubs were nice, a cover would’ve been better or some sort of wind protection. We checked out at 3:30 am to catch our flight, would’ve been nice to have access to fresh fruit and yogurt considering we are paying for breakfast but not able to enjoy. Everything else was to our satisfaction.

Staff were polite and accommodating but the hotel itself is dirty and in disrepair. We had 2 rooms and both bathrooms were extremely dirty, the rooms were a lot cleaner but the furniture and decor were broken and damaged, this hotel really needs a revamp!

Liked the property but snow removal is a must for all sidewalks. I have a cane and found it difficult to walk on snow and ice on the sidewalk until you get to front door.

Hi there , The staff was very nice . Particularly the nighttime shuttle driver . He was great . Room was super nice but no hot water for a shower. After a very long day this wasn’t acceptable to me being one of two reasons I bothered to get a hotel room for the 5&1/2 hrs I was there ! Wasn’t able to sleep due to being so cold in room either . My credit card was also debited twice for the deposit . They did correct the mistake .

The check in was super easy, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is nice and the room was clean. Free shuttle to the airport was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Good airport hotel, the rooftop hot tubs are quite the scene with all the foreign travellers - mainly Westjet clients who have been royally abused by that horrific airline. Never, Ever. Again. Fool me once, shame on you...twice....
