Was on the second floor, there was a family across the hall that I assumed had a permanent living arrangement, they had children that were very inconsiderate, they slammed the door nonstop and ran up and down the hallway doing what young kids do, seemed ok after 9pm but then it started again at 6am. Hopefully they will have a talk with them, the place itself was fine and the workers were very polite and friendly.

Stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Calgary Foothills Medical Centre. Parking was ample (and free) and the breakfast was run-of-the-mill. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious.

Great Place With Fantastic Customer Service
Convenient location with very comfortable and clean rooms. Beds were outstanding and I slept very well. The desk attendant was very helpful and upbeat - directed us to several dinner spots. Only complaints are the noise in the hall is very loud and the complimentary breakfast was less than we hopeful for.

It was nice that there was a continental breakfast but we were disappointed that there was no hot food like scrambled eggs and sausage, as an example. There was only one waffle iron and due to the length of time to make one, there was a line up to use it.

Our room was great ... breakfast room could be larger since many had to take food back to their room. Hard boiled eggs were very rubbery, so made it hard for a diabetic since most items were high carbs.

amazing welcome and follow-up call to see if our room was ok after check-in, unexpected but a lovely touch! easy parking and low pile carpet made getting our bags to our room easy. this is an older hotel, and obviously sees lots of use BUT its a great deal for the location to UoC and the childrens hospital. will certainly stay again.

Anne at the front desk was great. Super friendly. She was able to get us a early check in. I love that the rooms have the vinyl plank flooring rather then carpet. Rooms were clean.

Medical layover.
Stayed at this Hotel as it was close to Foothills Hospital for medical. Room was very adequate, clean. Would stay again if required. Parking was easy.

My husband and I stayed here during our trip to Calgary from September 20 to 24. After a full day of hiking we come back to our room and find it OPEN. The latch was holding the door open and was visible to anyone walking by that the door was ajar. The room had been cleaned during the day (the garbage was taken and towels were replaced) and so a cleaner left our room OPEN for ANYONE to enter. After speaking to the front desk and manager they had NO sympathy or explanation. The manager stated she trusts the staff and the cleaner would not have left it open. My husband and I would never have left the room open with all of our valuables inside. And the room was cleaned during the day so clearly someone had been there after us and left it open. For the manager to say it was not their fault is ridiculous. We were not offered any compensation or acknowledgement to how terrifying this situation was. Just knowing that someone could have entered our room and touched our things is unsettling. I cannot believe the manager just made excuses and did not trust the reality of the situation. Will never stay at another days inn again and would never recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was very bare bones. Got the job done. Nothing special. Beds were fine. The floor hadn’t been swept when we arrived but everything else seemed clean. The breakfast was waffles, coffee, and some cereal.
