Wondeeful escape!
We had such a good time here, and every staff member we talked to was polite and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The massages were very nice, the pool area was neat, and i loved the gas fire places out there and the food was so good!

The front desk staff at this hotel were both unprofessional and unconcerned with taking care of the guest. Further, a number of people in our group felt extremely unsafe by the homelessness and multiple aggressive approaches over our stay. Would not recommend.

This was a girls night away trip, which we did 2 years ago at this same hotel. This time around we really noticed how things were not well kept. Our room headboard was peeling, hairs found when we pulled back the sheets, soap on the wall of the shower. We were on the 6th floor and I don’t know if smoking is permitted but the whole hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and it would seep in under the door into our room. The pool was freezing!! We won’t be booking our next girls trip at this hotel. A 3 star hotel at best.
