Front desk staff was extremely helpful upon check in. Very friendly and professional too. What we didn't like was the delivery truck (in the night (3amish to 5amish) that was right outside our room unloading and loading. Couldn't sleep with the thuds, thumps and crashes of normal work. (windows aren't too thick!) Would stay again, but request an odd numbered room to be NOT against the back alley again. Otherwise it was excellent.

Very clean and comfortable, loose door handle in the bathroom and the wall a/c heating unit is for the entire room which is divided in 3 areas, bedroom, kitchen/bathroom and living room with the thermostat in the bedroom making it pretty cool in the living room

My room was lovely and spacious. I appreciated all of the supplies in the kitchenette. Everything felt and looked clean. The bed, linens, and pillows were so comfortable. I had the best sleep I had had in a long time. It was a bit humid in my room on the second floor, but it was manageable.
