Pool is amazing for kids, salt pool was much appreciated vs heavy chlorine. All staff very friendly and helpful(cleaning, pool, front desk, everywhere!) Felt confortable and safe for kids out entire stay.

Unfortunately the second waterslide hasn’t been working since January and there’s no plans to fix it any time soon as per a staff member. Sauna wasn’t working either. Still paying the same price for hotel. A bit disappointing as we come here annually for the slides. Staff very friendly, clean and comfortable rooms/beds.

I stayed one night and couldn’t be more pleased, it was a last minute decision but regardless it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at recently! Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the pool is nice! 9.8/10

We loved the different areas of the pool and the waterslide. The Shrimp Pad Thai in the retsaurant is so good! We also loved The Cattleman restaurant as well and it was walkable.

Elevator seemed outdated. Fire dept was there during our stay because a man got stuck in the elevator for over 45 minutes. Another person said the elevators were going on and off all weekend, which was scary.

This hotel needs a major overhaul! We have been to this hotel for 30 years with our kids then and now with grandkids. Hotel is tired looking and one water slide was not operating which made it very busy on the other one.
