Excellent place to stay. I've stayed there many times, my 4th time this year. Great location. Great check-in staff, room is always ready and clean. Breakfast, a wide assortment of hot and cold items. Breakfast is better than most sit down restaurants. Highly recommend stay at this best western

Quick trip
The fastest check in, less then 5 minutes. Staff is always friendly. This hotel should be the model for all hotels. We love this place, it’s the only option for us in Rancho.

On checking in the front desk ladie was really rude, did not greet us or look at us while speaking, and tried to rush us off.did not even tell us about breakfast or the WiFi.Then they tell us it’s a non smoking room and we will be fined if we do, only to get in a elevator that reeked of marijawana, the floor we were on smelled like it and it even made its way to our room. The room itself was spacious but I won’t be staying again.

Everything was very clean but I took one star off because I usually take shampoo whenever I travel but this time I forgot it and unfortunately the dispenser the hotel had with shampoo didn’t have any shampoo also we were 5 people in the room and one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed which was kinda old and the mattress was too bumpy for anyone to sleep on it already.
