under renovations, no elevator to the upper floors, staff were less than helpful, our room was on the 7th floor and we are both seniors, I have mobility issues, when we checked in and were told we were on the top floor the staff member seemed amused when she asked 'how will you manage' when I arrived with my wheeled mobility aid. No offer of assistance to take luggage to our room. During our stay our card keys became deactivated which meant my husband had to go up and down stairs again to have it fixed. Carpeting on the stairs was filthy. Loved the view from our balcony and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

I had such a comfortable and relaxing stay. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. Great little restaurant for food and beverage. Close to most things. Beds were comfy and clean. Fresh sheets and towels that smelled nice. No one bothered me as I was resting post work. I will come back here anytime I’m in town.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, and I would love to come back when they are done. Property is right in the water, and the views are amazing. Restaurant views are incredible. As I say, once the renos are done, this will be an amazing place.

The rate was a bite high for about 3 star hotel. We stayed at other motel in the area for less. And the room and the bathroom was more roomy, and breakfast was also included.

Not a 4 star hotel but perfectly sufficient - currently undergoing renovations, so construction noise during the day. Beds very comfortable. The view from the room was lovely. Good food at the restaurant, especially the squid. I would go back again.

Most of the staff on the reception desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. We were unaware that there was no lift and would not have booked here if we had known. We arrived late in the evening after a 24 hour journey with 3 suitcases and handluggage and was told there was no lift and no help was offered with our cases, as pensioners with a degree of walking difficulties this was very unhelpful and the staff on was indifferent and bordering on rude! The food in the restaurant was very average. Would not recommend this hotel at all and there was also building work going on which was noisy and dirty!

Lovely and quiet and beautiful views, but the exit from the parking lot was totally blocked for an hour at a time when we urgently needed to get out to go and pick up our granddaughter.
