The property was clean and quiet. It has a fantastic view of the ocean, being so close to the water. But no locks on the inside of the door. There was ketchup on the ceiling, but I did get a "kitchen room" so had a minifridge and microwave, which was great to have.

Older Motel. Pretty well maintained, but new mattresses needed. Street noise. A bit high priced for what you get.

No frills motel that’s upgraded in the right spots. Amazing views of the water and easy access to walkways along the shore. 5 minutes to downtown.

It was a pretty average motel. It was conveniently located and in walking distance to some very good restaurants. It was also the least expensive place I stayed during my trip to Vancouver Island. My main complaint was that the mattresses were not very comfortable.

We've stayed here several times passing through Campbell River. If you want some entertainment in the evening, grab a drink and walk across to the boat launch across the street....lol. The staff (owners?) are so nice and accommodating. There's dining options within walking distance and a great waterfront walkway right across the road. Will stay again in the future.

The only redeeming thing about this place is that it very clean and the beds are comfortable. No proper seating and the everything else is too old.
