Two night stay. Began great, ending terrible. Second morning trying to check out, no clerk around, had Head of Cleaning staff (Tonie) do up our bill. why do you add a $100 damage deposit and not advise customer of same. Second morning cook apparently sick, thus no breakfast no credit, no nothing. Customers could not even get a cup of coffee in office, WHY! NO manager. Sorry I am a due A $100 CREDIT.

There was no elevator so I had to cancel my stay as medical issues I couldn't do stairs to the third floor and then the beds were in a loft . The washroom was below the bedroom so would have to go down again. No enough information when on the site about the hotel

Generally not bad for the price. Have to say Breakfast was excellent except that you need to eat it with wood utensils and on paper plates. Didn’t like the loft sleeping because it meant having to go down a flight of stairs to pee at night. Worst of all was the fleas! I guess we were just had the bad luck to check into a room that must have been recently vacated by a pet with fleas. In any case I had at least a dozen bites (itchy swollen bumps) all over my body the day we checked out. The hotel didn’t seem too worried when I called to report it.

The staff was great, very good service. Breakfast in the morning is a nice touch always too. However, the hot tub and sauna were both out of commission. I think there should be a discount when this happens as these features were one of the reasons I booked my stay here.

Employees were Great. Room was Not.
Checking in and out was great! The people at the desk were really friendly and helpful. The water temperature would fluctuate from comfortable to scalding hot or ice cold as soon as the room next door ran water. I got to experience this during a shower, which was fun... The heat pump panel wasn't speaking to the heat pump itself and the thermostat stayed around 26 all evening, so sleep was difficult. There was a small desk fan in the room but it did not work. Overall, the stay was not worth the price of the room.
