Not accessible friendly or clean.
Room was supposed to be wheelchair accessible. Bathroom was retrofitted for access, you had to power up a incline to get out of room into bathroom then once in shower you dropped about 6 inches into tile floor. Then fight to get up hill to get out. Room was accessable to far side of bed but hard to get to that side because of squeezing between bed foot and tv stand. Other side was 25 in from wall- chair will not fit. Breakfast was tasteless and undercooked. Do not reccomend.

We stayed there ba college parents weekend about 30 miles from the hotel, the hotel price gauged us at $249 per night. The hotel is in bad shape, broken blinds in the room poor lighting and very outdated. This wouldn't have bothered me if we had paid $100 a night, but the price gauging is ridiculous. Get rid of the toxic styrofoam in the breakfast room. The staff was friendly.

I checked in late in the evening. My room had dirty towels and used soap in the shower. I can only conclude the room was not cleaned prior to my stay. The staff solution was to replace the towels and give me sheets to make up the bed myself.

Needed a stay close to Bloomington and at an affordable price. No shampoo and a tiny soap. The towels had stains. Couldn’t use the tv because the remote was broken. We didn’t care much for the quality of the building base on the rate, but the simple things mentioned are a must not a luxury

2 areas of less than good experience. The shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty. There was an old wrapper of bar soap in the shower. There was no new bar soap. The morning breakfast was ok. The sausages tasted a bit stale.

The property is in disrepair and very poor condition. It has water damage that has not been addressed,as well as mold issues. The staff was informed but had no ability to fix the issues. We hope Quality Inn can address the issues.

Cant recommend.
The quality Inn is a rather strange place. it is a very long motel with only one elevator by the front lobby so naturally they put us as far away as possible. it has different elevations also which meant we had to pull and oush the luggage cart uphill part of the way. its an older place that hasnt been kept up very well. the room was clean amd the pool was nice, but i guess the worst part was the smell of curry that permeated the place even at the far end of the motel. The breakfast was pathetic, the waffle maker didnt cook them all the way through and the toaster oven didnt toast. i didnt have the guts to try the eggs or sausages. we dont recommend this place.
