O hotel é muito barulhento, não há nenhuma placa solicitando aos hóspedes que faça silêncio após as 22 .... As toalhas estavam feias pareciam pano de chão..... Café da manhã não estava com poucas opções e não estava saboroso....pior parte de tudo são os elevadores você fica 15 minutos esperando facilmente.

Difícil de estacionar em frente ao hotel e serviço de manobrista nao funciona a contento. Na segunda-feira não tem manobrista. As tolhas nao eram repostas e era necessário ir até a recepção para obtê-las. Elevador muito demorado.

Fim de semana da Corrida Turística de Piracicaba
Fui com minha esposa, minha filha e meu genro, ficamos em dois quartos, de sábado para domingo, para participar da Corrida Turística de Piracicaba. O quarto é grande e a cama confortável, televisão e ar condicionado funcionaram bem. Não havia toalhas suficientes e tivemos que pedir na recepção, tanto as toalhas quanto os cobertores não tinham um cheiro muito bom e a pressão da água do chuveiro não era boa. No quarto da minha filha não havia bancada na pia do banheiro e ela não conseguiu tomar banho no domingo de manhã porque não havia água quente. O café da manhã é muito bom.

A observação fica para as recepcionistas se atentarem ao check-out do cliente. E não querer cobrar de novo, sendo que já estava pago pelo aplicativo.
