I was charged from Expedia and hotel had no register of paynent and the staff was so unprepared could not find my payment.

É só para passar a noite
O quarto so tinha uma luz no teto, muito fraca. Dificulta bastante a leitura na cama e chega a doer nos olhos. Nao há luminarias nas camas. Tambem nao tem tomadas ao lado de todas as camas. Nao haviam toalhas no quarto, foi necessario pedir duas vezes até que entregassem. O colchão da cama afunda e faz barulho de molas. Do lado de fora, o barulho do motor do ar condicionado e sendo feito de ninho por pombos. Tinha muito coco de pombo. O frigobar estava desligado. A tela da TV é pequena demais para o tamanho do quarto. O café da manhã estava bom, com uma boa variedade de itens.

Razoável, já foi muito melhor.
Razoável, apesar da reforma, ainda precisar melhorar muita coisa. O banheiro foi reformado é visível, mas a água do chuveiro alaga o banheiro. O café da manhã já foi muito melhor, para quem gosta de bolo dessa vez só tinha uma opção. As toalhas de banho são de dar tristeza. Não é uma acomodação barata e ainda temos que pagar pelo estacionamento.

O hotel é muito barulhento, não há nenhuma placa solicitando aos hóspedes que faça silêncio após as 22 .... As toalhas estavam feias pareciam pano de chão..... Café da manhã não estava com poucas opções e não estava saboroso....pior parte de tudo são os elevadores você fica 15 minutos esperando facilmente.

Difícil de estacionar em frente ao hotel e serviço de manobrista nao funciona a contento. Na segunda-feira não tem manobrista. As tolhas nao eram repostas e era necessário ir até a recepção para obtê-las. Elevador muito demorado.

Caro pro que oferece
Razoavel. Aceita pet mas cobra taxa adicional (sem aviso previo), tem estacionamento mas cobra (sem aviso previo). Os quartos são velhos e as areas comuns necessitam de reforma.
