Bom custo benefício, os recepcionistas são bem prestativos. Certamente, em SJC voltarei a ficar lá.

As tomadas do quarto e o ar condicionado não funcionavam. Não foi possível assistir TV pois travava o tempo todo. Não tem frigobar nos quartos e não tinha nada na geledeira do hotel. Não tem nem bebedouro. Até o funcionário estava sem água. Ocorreu nos dois dias de hospedagem.

No geral, gostei do atendimento, do café da manhã e da localização. Entretanto, a estrutura de alguns quartos e, em alguns momentos, a limpeza, deixaram a desejar. A limpeza do banheiro, especificamente. Por duas vezes, tive problemas com o chuveiro (água fria). Além disso, peguei quartos pouco estruturados, sem tv ou frigobar. Banheiros muito apertados.

O hotel tem uma estrutura física razoável. Se vc quer luxo não vai encontrar aqui. No entanto o atendimento é ótimo, a higiene tmb, o café da manhã tem bolos deliciosos e o valor é justo! Ah! E aceitam animais sem custo adicional! Me hospedaria novamente com certeza!

Hotel bem localizado, atendentes atenciosos. Pecou na limpeza, bastante pó embaixo das camas e rodapés. Televisão só pegava 1 canal e controle remoto com várias funções inoperantes
