I have been to cairns 3 times & this was the best due to the location of this hotel. Great pool & terrace, close to cafes, bars & food but still quiet. Would highly recommend!!

Great room and great location!
Great room, great location, and nice staffn. The only complaint is that it is quite noisy because of music bands in the area and quite a bit of traffic and airplane noise. Nothing the hotel can do about it, but something to be aware of and but for the noise, it would be 5 stars across the board.

Very spacious room with comfortable bed. We were grateful to be in our room earlier with a small fee due to an early arrival. The only thing that was a bit annoying was hearing the lift ding into the night and the corridor outside being noisy when people were arriving back or leaving due to the timber floors

We had room 405, a suite with a living room, and a great view of the ocean. Great room with a very comfortable king bed. On the Esplanade, the heart of Cairns with everything. Very clean, very nice staff, a very nice balcony. I would probably have liked a coffeemaker but here they like the coffee made by pouring hot water , like for tea. Great little coffee shop near the hotel. Maybe from the rooms on lower floors one can hear some Esplanade noise . It’s wonderful to hear the so many Cairns birds singing! I highly recommend this hotel.
