Beautiful property in the heart of Leon. Convenient to walk and easy to take a taxi anywhere. The view from our rom was very nice. The staff @ the VIP lounge always very pleasant and the premises are kept very clean . Only thing tho is the bed in our Room, was hard not very comfortable ! Some people prefer a hard bed, some of us don’t . Besides that everything was very nice . Thank you Hotson for making our stay pleasant .

Great place to stay for shopping the Leather district. It’s clean and the staff is very kind. The breakfast that comes with the room reservation is wonderful. The room amenities are very good. They have a lot of events and loud music every night until midnight. We are Expedia VIPs and we had to ask for the discount. We didn’t get offered the room upgrade. On our last morning they didn’t accommodate us for breakfast on the 7th floor since the other one on the 1st floor opened later. Also, the cleaning crew didn’t come until 5 or 6 pm and we had to decline the cleaning. Overall is a great place if you’re visiting the Piel district. You might want to ask for a higher floor since the music was loud every night.

The hotel itself is amazing very fancy but, it seemed like it is more for business type. It is near some activities and cultural landmarks but, if you really want to experience the tradition and customs of Leon Guanajuato you have to stay in Guanajuato not in Leon. Leon is mostly for shopping for the leather that it has. Leon is such a huge city that in order for you to get around you need a form of transportation.

The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were so uncomfortable. The lighting is very low and I had a very hard time with that we were there for a wedding and I had a difficult time applying makeup. Also the flor in the room had gaps in it and would shift.
