My room had a lot of issues…no light near the plunge pool..light went out inside the plunge pool…the Ac unit was very loud unable to sleep comfortably…locked out of our room because the door mechanism was dead…room service and request took a very long time to receive…

It was a great experience, just felt the rooms needed a bit more renovating as I saw some mold on the vents. But it was an amazing experience, loved every bit of it, even the rooms were really nice irrespective of the mold, and the view was amazing!

This is my second time at this resort. I love it! There are so many great food options. I never had a bad meal! The staff is great. It was very easy to make dinner reservations online. The entertainment team did a nice job. The night time shows were beautiful! Very family friendly. Amazing beach!
